Please use the following form to prepare a final report on your project. We encourage you to share your insights into what worked, what did not and what changes you made to improve your results. Please be concise and limit your report to answering the questions below. Please note that a Final Report should be submitted as soon after the project has been completed as possible. Please note that additional grant applications from your organization will not be considered until a final report for your most recent project has been submitted.

Please provide a final project cost illustrating actual expenses and revenues, including grants from the Chatham Kent Community Foundation (which includes grants from the South Kent Wind Community Fund) and other sources. If the grant was used as part of a larger project, such as a capital construction project, please indicate only what the granted funds were used for.
